Bethan Russell Williams

Bethan has been Chief Officer of Mantell Gwynedd County Voluntary Council since 2004. The organisation provides a wide range of support to voluntary and community organisations and volunteers. In her role Bethan is responsible for the strategic direction of the organisation which spans across the largest geographical county in North Wales.

Bethan represents the Third Sector on the Gwynedd & Mon Public Service Board as well as a number of other strategic partnerships.

Bethan has championed Social Value as a means of measuring the impact of the third sector, and Mantell Gwynedd is the first umbrella organisation in the UK to achieve the COMMIT status for embedding social value into all its work.
